Cole’s Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 banana
– Handful of strawberries
– Small handful of blueberries
– 1 scoop peanut butter
– 1/2โ€“1 cup 2% milk (or preferred liquid)
– 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
– Handful of kale (chopped)
– Handful of spinach
– Ice

Instructions:
1. Peel and slice (or break apart) the banana and add to blender.
2. Add strawberries and blueberries.
3. Scoop in peanut butter for protein.
4. Add yogurt for creaminess.
5. Toss in kale and spinach for a nutrient boost.
6. Add ice for a cooler, thicker texture.
7. Pour in milk to reach your desired consistency.
8. Blend until smooth.
9. Check consistency and adjust if needed, then pour and enjoy!
